Kelsey Grammer spent a few years trying to get a Fraiser revival off the ground, and Paramount+ helped him do that.

After a successful first season, the streamer wasted no time by giving the series a second season.

I guess that season didn’t do well because today, the show was cancelled. But it is not dead dead because Deadline says that CBS Studios is shopping it around.

As much as I enjoyed the sequel, I cannot see anyone else picking it up. But, I could and hopefully be wrong.

I tried. I wanted to like it. Loved the writing. But I could NOT get past the nauseating, incessant, overused laugh track. That just grated on my nerves and I stopped watching it.

I watch “Ghosts”. Much like “Young Sheldon”, the humor is organic and there is no laugh track! I am laughing from the gut. I am feeling the depth of the show. The dialog is not getting stepped on; I hear the show; the nuances. I wish more shows did that.
