Fox is showing faith in its struggling rookie drama "Justice," ordering three additional scripts of the legal series. Meanwhile, another underperforming new Fox series, comedy " ‘Til Death," is getting a longer downtime than originally planned. The legal drama from Jerry Bruckheimer TV and Warner Bros. TV has failed to gain traction with viewers so far, regularly finishing fourth in its Wednesday 9 p.m. slot. The sleek legal drama starring Victor Garber is pre-empted this week with a repeat of "House" airing in its time period.

I don’t have a lot of faith in script orders from Fox because last year they did the same thing with Reunion and then they cancelled it. When it comes to ‘Til Death the show has really grown on me. Sadly it does not have a chance against Ugly Betty, just like The OC has no chance against Grey’s and CSI.

UPDATE: Brad Garrett thinks he is still he is star he was on Everybody Loves Raymond

Fox’s underperforming new sitcom "’Til Death" will stay off the air for an extra week because star Brad Garrett was unhappy with the show’s most recent script, sources said. The comedy was already taking a one-week production hiatus. It has faced an uphill battle in the Thursday 8 p.m. slot, which is dominated by CBS’ "Survivor" and ABC’s rookie hit "Ugly Betty."Garrett, former Emmy-winning co-star of "Everybody Loves Raymond," plays a grumpy married man.
