So everyone was hoping that The WB and UPN would benefit from the new voting system, but they got nada. Personally I do not see that much of a change from years past, but I am extremely bummed about Hugh Laurie and the cast of House being ignored. That is one of the best acted shows on TV and the noms went to shows that were cancelled like the worst season of Six Feet and the least watched season for West Wing. Oh well. At least Chuck Lorre was recognized finally for Two and a Half Men. I so hope Jon Cryer gets the win, he did some great physical comedy this season and just deserves it! I wished Conchata Ferrell and Holland Taylor repeated their noms. But go Chuck Lorre, an overlooked comedic genius!
Luckily the cast of Desperate Housewives is not on the set today because I would feel for Marc Cherry and the way he would be belittled for no major noms. Marc will always be my Golden Girl Boy!
And where are noms for ER, LOST and Nip/Tuck. Poor Nip/Tuck. Poor LOST.
