Ever since the billionaires have been going up to space, I have wondered why Neil deGrasse Tyson has not been one of them. Now the astrophysicist explained why.
deGrasse Tyson said he doesn’t “want to boldly go where hundreds have gone before.” Ouch! However, if you offer him the chance to go to the moon or Mars, then he will sign up on day one. But going up 100 feet in the sky doesn’t get a rise out of his rocketship.
If Bezos wants to offer me his spot, I will be more than willing to take it. After all, deGrasse Tyson and I went to the same JHS, so it is like the same thing. Well, the big difference between us is that I believe that Pluto is a planet.
