Jocelyn sneaked in to meet Justin Bieber during a Meet & Greet in Miami and got a picture with her teen idol. Sounds safe, but look at the picture to see that it is anything but. Did the singer make a boob of himself and touch her breast in the photo. The girl took to Twitter to clear things up, she said “I whispered that it was my 2nd time sneaking in & he kissed me on the cheek in the picture & it looks like his hand is there.”
Now I like everyone else at first thought that 18 year old singer let his hormones get the best of him. But then I read her explanation of what happened, looked at the picture again and sadly realized he was not copping a feel. If you looks closely you will notice his hand his along side her chest and not on it. So moral police you don’t have a case here. But if you don’t care about the facts, then you can Beliebe one lucky fan got very lucky with her dream boy.
