Dick Van Dyke got to celebrate his 100th Christmas on December 25th! So you think he would be as happy as Little Tim? But, instead, he spent the day as Ebeneezer Scrooge.
And whether he is happy like Buddy or grumpy like The Grinch, he is still as lovable as the first time we saw him and made us smile.
He will always be that lovable Rob Petrie on The Dick Van Dyke Show, chimney sweeper Bert from Mary Poppins, Caractacus Potts in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, crime sleuth Dr. Mark Sloan on Diagnosis Murder, or whatever he delighted you in first. And that is why we are so happy he made it to this milestone. Even if he is saying, “Bah humbug!”
