Devious Maids is back for its second season tonight on Lifetime at 10p and you don’t want to miss this soapy drama!
Tonight’s season premiere takes place a few months after the season finale and things have changed for our maids.
Marisol Suarez (Ana Ortiz) is no longer a maid and she is dating someone new. After three months, he has proposed to her and his mom will do everything in her power to stop their wedding. Let’s hope she doesn’t go as far as she did with her son’s first wife…
Carmen Luna (Roselyn Sánchez) is now dating her boss, Alejandro Rubio (Matt Cedeño), so that the world will not find out the singer is gay. She is letting his lifestyle get to her and she is a bigger Diva than she already was. How long will he put up with it?
Zoila Diaz (Judy Reyes) and Genevieve Delatour (Susan Lucci) are dealing with the loses of her their kids in different ways. Genevieve has become a hermit, but then again losing all the men in her life in one night can do that to any woman. Zoila just wants to apologize her daughter, Valentina (Edy Ganem), who is in the Congo and not talking to her. It gets a lot easier when she returns out of no where, but is she ready to forgive her mother?
Then there is Rosie Falta (Dania Ramirez), who is still in the US waiting to find out she is going to be deported. Thankfully, she got a good lawyer and she is granted asylum. As soon as she is free, she goes to visit Mr Spence (Grant Show), who she thinks turned her in but he didn’t. Mr Spence is still with his wife and now he is going to have to choose between the two of them. A decision is that is harder than he thought it would be.
Finally, Evelyn (Rebecca Wisocky) and Adrian Powell (Tom Irwin) are back from vacation and they are going to have a dinner party with all of their friends to welcome them back. Their party is crashed by a bunch of armed thieves who steal everyone’s jewelry. Adrian is scared of everything after the attack and he hires a handsome bodyguard. This guy makes Evelyn happy, but how happy can she get about it?
Devious Maids is definitely cleaning things up on Lifetime and you don’t want to sweep this show under the rug!
