Christina Applesgate was diagnosed with breast cancer according to
ETonline.
A rep for the actress tells ET, "Christina Applegate was diagnosed with an early form of breast cancer. Benefiting from early detection through a doctor-ordered MRI, the cancer is not life threatening. Christina is following the recommended treatment of her doctors and will have a full recovery. No further statement will be issued at this time."
Christina Applegate has been a big supporter in the
fight against breast cancer because her mother is a breast cancer survivor. Hopefully that will all come back to her and help her beat breast cancer rapidly.
Christina should be celebrating the success of Samantha Who? which lead to her Emmy nom, but sadly this has been a crappy for summer with the loss of her ex-boyfriend and now breast cancer. Hopefully the rest of the year will be better.
