Let’s be honest. Cher is one of the biggest icons in Rock’n’Roll. Yet, she told Kelly Clarkson today on her daytime talk show that she has not been inducted into the Rock’n’Roll Hall of Fame. And she has had #1 in every decade since the ’60s. The only other musicians to have done that are The Rolling Stones.
So what would happen if the HoF decided to induct Cher next year (because this year is done)? She wouldn’t say yes, even if they gave her $1 million.
In fact, she told the American Idol she would tell them to go fuck themselves. Well, she didn’t say that because she couldn’t curse on The Kelly Clarkson Show. But that is what she meant when she said they could “you know what themselves.”
Now, I hope they nominate her because she will show Dolly Parton and Dionne Warwick how you tell someone to fuck off in the least polite way!
