USA’s cast of characters praise Monk
July 28th, 2009 under USA Network. [ Comments: 1 ]

On August 7th Monk will sadly begin airing their final episodes of the show and before they say goodbye the remaining characters on USA take a few minutes out of their busy schedules to talk about Adrian Monk! Sam from Burn Notice, Shaun and Gus from Psych, Det Nichols from Law & Order: CI, Marshall from In Plain Sight and Hank from Royal Pains all have fond memories and stories about TV’s best detective. As sad as I am to see Monk go, after seeing this brilliant commercial I am reminded of all the good shows that are still left on the network for me to enjoy!!!

June 4th, 2009 under USA Network. [ Comments: none ]

The temperature is rising outside and that means only one thing, Burn Notice is back on USA. Michael Weston is finally free from the people who burned him, but now he has to deal with a whole bunch of people who are out to get him. But that would stop him from still trying to save people who are in trouble with Sam and Fiona.
I was afraid that once we knew who burned him that show would change and I wasn’t sure how I would like, but the show feels the same!
So if you are looking for a show that you will enjoy and teach you things you never thought you would need to know then tune into Burn Notice on USA tonight and every Thursday at 9p!!!

Royal Pains premieres tonight on USA
June 4th, 2009 under USA Network. [ Comments: none ]

USA Network is proud to introduce the Hamptons’ newest doctor-on-demand, Hank Lawson (Mark Feuerstein), in Royal Pains.
Hank is a rising star in the New York City medical community, until he loses everything fighting for the life of a patient. With his career stalled and his personal life in shambles, Hank is in need of a new beginning. That’s where his younger brother Evan (Paulo Costanzo) steps in. Fed up with Hank’s personal pity-party, he convinces Hank to join him on a last-minute trip to the Hamptons for Memorial Day weekend. When the brothers crash a party at the home of a Hamptons billionaire and a guest falls critically ill, Hank saves the day. His dramatic medical rescue draws attention from the crowd, and soon Hank’s phone starts ringing off the hook with patients demanding house calls.
Inadvertently, Hank has become the hot new “concierge doctor” in town.
Though Hank is initially reluctant to embrace this new career, with encouragement from Evan and an ambitious young woman who volunteers to be his physician assistant he decides to stay in town for the summer. Once again solving medical crises and helping those in need, Hank is back to doing what he does best. And now he’s reinvented himself as the Hamptons’ hottest new doctor-in-demand.

Royal Pains is USA’s latest show and it was just what the doctor ordered for the summer! Mark Fueerstein plays Hank, a doctor who loses his job and his fiancee when he puts a kids life ahead of a billion dollar donor at the hospital he used to work at and the donor dies. After losing almost everything his brother forces him to go to the Hamptons with him. While they are living it up there, Hank saves a woman’s life at a private party that the concierge doctor misdiagnosed as just a drug overdose and with one diagnosis both their lives are saved. Hank is now the go to doctor of the Hamptons’ elite. The show is really MacGuyver meets House set in the Hamptons and it really works!
So tune into Royal Pains tonight on USA at 10p!!!

In Plain Sight can be seen again tonight!
April 19th, 2009 under USA Network. [ Comments: none ]

In Plain Sight is back on USA tonight at 10p and this season is picking up right where it left off. Not only is picking up right after Mary’s awful night, but also with the great writing and also awesome acting. I seriously forgot how good this show was until I watched the season premiere.
Mary is having to deal with being kidnapped by the guys trying to get the drugs back from sister’s boyfriend, her house being destroyed by the FBI agents trying to find those drugs and her mom finding out that Mary’s dad has been in communication with her for all the years he has been gone. The show starts 30 hours with Mary waking up after sleeping that long and she is one Administrative Leave because all the crap that has happened. When one of her witnesses winds up dead, Marshall and her have to find out who killed her. It is an episode of twists and turns that you won’t see coming until all is revealed. That is what I like about this because unlike most other procedurals it is not predictable. That and I love the guy who plays Marshall, he is just so perfect in the roll!!
Whether you have been watching this show since day one or tonight will be your first time, tune in to a show tonight that will only impress you and that you will totally enjoy!

Sharona will be back to say goodbye to Monk!!!
March 24th, 2009 under USA Network. [ Comments: none ]

Before Monk ends it run in the upcoming season, Sharona will be back to say goodbye to hit Emmy winning USA show Monk!!! "We couldn’t think of a better way to help wrap up the series than with the return of Bitty’s character,” said Shalhoub.  "Bringing some closure to Sharona is long overdue.”
Bitty Schram, who hasn't been on the show since season 3 will appear in one episode in the 8th and final season. I will sincerely miss Monk because it is such a great a show, but it is nice that Sharona will be back for one episode!!!
