Have you ever watched Elf and said I wanted to try that breakfast he ate? You know that dish he made with spaghetti, maple syrup, chocolate syrup, M&Ms, marshmallows and a chocolate fudge Pop Tart?
Well, today, Good Morning America’s Whit Johnson tasted it. As in, he barely let it touch his lips before he was grossed out. And who wouldn’t be?
And my hat is off to him because Michael Strahan and Robin Roberts wimped out. And for that, I blame them.
BBC’s Maryam Moshiri was getting ready to go live yesterday for her lunchtime news bulletin, and she was caught on camera giving the middle finger before reading the news.
Well, needless to say, the viewers were not happy, and the clip went viral.
So today, she apologized and explained what happened, “Hey everyone, yesterday just before the top of the hour I was joking around a bit with the team in the gallery.
“I was pretending to count down as the director was counting me down from 10-0.. including the fingers to show the number. So from 10 fingers held up to one.
“When we got to 1 I turned finger around as a joke and did not realise that this would be caught on camera.
“It was a private joke with the team and I’m so sorry it went out on air! It was not my intention for this to happen and I’m sorry if I offended or upset anyone. I wasn’t ‘flipping the bird’ at viewers or even a person really.
“It was a silly joke that was meant for a small number of my mates. ♀️”
As someone who has worked in TV news, I believe her story. But then again, I have been caught doing so many things on camera I should not have been doing because I didn’t know it was on me!
Good Morning America’s Trevor Ault did a liveshot at a turkey farm this morning about how much Thanksgiving is going to cost us this year.
He thought it would look good if he held one of the turkeys while he was giving the report. And that turned out to be a very bad idea. That is because the turkey flew out of his arms. But not before doing a Will Smith and slapping him in the face with one of his wings.
And guess who is going to be carving the turkey at Ault’s house this year? He is. And he is going to do it with a huge smile on his face!
Oh, and Trevor. That is what you get for not waiting until after Halloween to do a liveshot about Thanksgiving.
Fox Detroit 2 decided to have some fun, and they asked Lee Thomas to talk about Masterdating. The anchor was struggling to tell the story about the newest trend in dating, where you go out on dates with yourself and treat yourself to the gifts your partner would give you if you had one.
Why was this so difficult for him? Because Masterdating sounds a lot like masturbating. And boys will always be boys! But then again, I am a girl, and I would’ve been giggling throughout the story too!
And I just want to give a huge shout-out to Maurielle Lue for not helping her co-anchor. That made this even funnier!
Now, back to Masterdating. I have been doing that for years. Turns out I am a really shitty boyfriend.
