The Kennedys is History for the channel
January 8th, 2011 under Tom Cruise/Katie Holmes/Suri. [ Comments: none ]

The 8-part miniseries about The Kennedys starring Greg Kinnear and Katie Holmes that was set to air on History, is just that because they have opted not to air it. According to a statement sent to The Hollywood Reporter, “Upon completion of the production of The Kennedys, History has decided not to air the 8-part miniseries on the network. While the film is produced and acted with the highest quality, after viewing the final product in its totality, we have concluded this dramatic interpretation is not a fit for the History brand.” I wonder what that means? Was it factually inaccurate? Was it crap? Why?
Although The Kennedys will not air here in The States, it will air in Canada on March 6th and around the world shortly afterwards and then maybe we will know why the miniseries was not History worthy.
Or we might find out because Asylum the company behind the series is shopping it around. They told The Hollywood Reporter, “Although we regret this does not fit into the History Channel’s plans, we are confident that television viewers in the United States will join viewers from around the world in having an opportunity to watch this series in the near future.” Now I am curious to see it, but I am not sure I can sit through that long of a series. That and after watching the trailer, Kinnear was not believable as JFK and Holmes didn’t sound anything like Jackie O.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s favorite kisser…
January 5th, 2011 under Before They Were Famous, Tom Cruise/Katie Holmes/Suri. [ Comments: none ]

Gwyneth Paltrow is on Friday’s Rachel Ray Show and she tells the host who her favorite big screen kisser was. According to People she says, “I did a little cameo once at the beginning of Austin Powers 3, I think it was, and I got to make out with Tom Cruise. He was an amazing kisser!” Could you imagine if these two hooked up because she liked the way he kissed her so much? The would easily have become Hollywood’s most hated couple so much so Bennifer 1 would have been happy about it.
Now back to Cruise be the Top Gun of kissing, does anyone believe that? I sure as heck can’t see it.

Tom Cruise’s new beard!
November 19th, 2010 under Tom Cruise/Katie Holmes/Suri. [ Comments: 5 ]

Tom Cruise updated his Twitter profile with the above picture and I actually think he looks sexy with his new beard. Ever since he has been with his old beard Katie Holmes (sorry to easy not to go there!!!) he has looked more goofy than like one of the 20 men who has been named People’s Sexiest Man Alive.
What do you think of the Suri’s dad new look?

Is this Katie Holmes’ BJ face?

Fame Pictures
Looking at the first picture I had to wonder if that is what Katie Holmes looks like when she goes down on Tom Cruise, and I guess with the second picture she ain’t going to tell us?
Actually the picture is just her taking a snack break in between filming scenes from her new movie Jack and Jill with Adam Sandler. It is one of those days where I thought I would make a boring photo a little more exciting!

Does Paramount have Top Gun 2 flying into theaters?
October 14th, 2010 under Stupid Sequels/Remakes, Tom Cruise/Katie Holmes/Suri. [ Comments: none ]

Back in 1986 a sane Tom Cruise, a skinny Val Kilmer and Anthony Edwards with a full head of hair made a little movie called Top Gun that made them big stars. Now 24 years later Paramount is looking to do a sequel for the movie. According to Vulture Paramount has asked producer Jerry Bruckheimer and director Tony Scott to work on a follow-up to the blockbuster and a writer has been hired. They also added that Tom Cruise would return as Maverick, but only in a supporting role.
I am not sure how I feel about this because it has been so long since the original one came out, but the one think I am happy about is that is not a remake. We already have too many of those sadly happening.
