Actress Teri Garr, 62, is "recovering nicely" after undergoing surgery to treat a brain aneurysm, her rep tells PEOPLE. "She’s alert. She’s sitting up. She’s talking," says her rep. "The prognosis is very, very good." Things didn’t look so positive on the morning of Dec. 21 when Garr’s daughter Molly, 12, and a woman who works for the actress couldn’t wake Garr up and called 911. Garr – who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in the late ’90s – was immediately brought to the hospital where doctors performed a coil embolism, according to her rep. Since the surgery, Garr – whose movies include Unaccompanied Minors and Tootsie for which received a Best Supporting Actress Oscar nomination – spent the holidays in the hospital, with her two brothers at her bedside and "her humor seems to be intact," says her rep.

Glamour model Jordan’s eldest child Harvey is being treated in hospital after he was burned in an accident at the star’s home. The four-year-old was injured hours before Jordan and husband Peter Andre were due to hold a New Year’s Eve party at their mansion in Surrey, The Sun said. He was taken to hospital by ambulance and is now in a specialist burns unit at London’s Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Jordan, whose real name is Katie Price, cancelled the New Year’s Eve gathering after the accident and has been at Harvey’s bedside. A source told the newspaper: "Katie’s worried sick. It looks like he’ll be in hospital for a while." The hospital would not comment on the reports, while Jordan’s manager was unavailable. It is not clear how or where partially-blind Harvey, whose father is footballer Dwight Yorke, had been burnt. Jordan, who suffered a miscarriage in July, is currently pregnant with her third child. The 28-year-old also has an 18-month-old child called Junior with Andre.

Ouch! Uma Thurman will be spending Christmas in a cast after breaking her wrist on the Connecticut set of her movie "The Accidental Husband." "She was jumping to reach something and fell on her hand," says a source. "She went to bed, and by the next day it had swollen, so she went to the hospital and needed surgery." At least the injury means she may get to spend more holiday time with her children, Maya, 8, and Roan, almost 5. "The production will have to be shut down for an extra week because of the broken bones," says the insider.

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger broke his leg while skiing with his family Saturday morning, a spokesman said. Schwarzenegger was taken to a hospital for X-rays and was discharged with a fracture to his right femur, said Adam Mendelsohn, the governor’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications. He will have surgery to repair the bone when he returns to Los Angeles, Mendelsohn said. The governor remained at his Sun Valley home Saturday night and still planned to spend Christmas there. No one else was involved in the accident, Mendelsohn said.

When are politicians going to learn they are not meant to ski while they are in office?

Farrah Fawcett has completed cancer treatment and is doing well, her publicist said Tuesday. Fawcett, 59, who starred on the ’70s TV series "Charlie’s Angels," wrapped up several weeks of treatment last week after being diagnosed recently with the disease and going through chemotherapy, said publicist Mike Pingel. "Her spirits are high, she’s feeling good," he said. "Her plans are to recover and take the time to heal, and she’s also looking forward to the holidays with her family." Pingel wouldn’t disclose the type of cancer Fawcett was treated for, but said her prognosis was good. Ryan O’Neal, who has a 21-year-old son, Redmond, with Fawcett, told People magazine in October that she had anal cancer. The actress is busy with her Web site, which touts a "Fight the Fight" T-shirt to raise money for the American Cancer Society as well as the "All of Me" DVD of her Playboy pictorials.
