James Pickens Jr, the hottest guy on Grey’s Anatomy, has confirmed to Us Weekly that Katherine Heigl and her little buddy TR Knight are leaving the show!!!
When Us Weekly asked James Pickens Jr. (a.k.a. Grey’s Dr. Richard Webber) on February 7 if Heigl is leaving the medical drama, he said, “Yes, she is.” And he continued, “Wherever Katherine goes, I wish her nothing but the best.”
Following Heigl, 30, out the door?
Her outspoken BFF, Knight, 35. “He’s going too,” Pickens told Us at the NAACP Awards luncheon in Beverly Hills. “He just wanted to pursue other career paths.”

“He complains to Katherine all the time,” a set source has said of Knight (with Heigl). “The energy on set will be much better when he’s gone.”
Sources close to the actors concur.
“Katherine is ready to move on to the next chapter,” says a set source.
Good riddance. I won’t miss the two ungrateful stars when they kiss their careers goodbye for biting the hand that feeds them. I really hope they kill them off in some catastrophic way, so they can’t come back to the show ever!!!
BTW I have so forgotten about TR Knight already, that I couldn’t remember his name when I started writing this post. And I am sure I am not the only one who has forgotten about him.
So at some point one of the Grey’s Anatomy writers came up with the dumb a$$ idea to bring Denny back, but only Izzie could see him. So when us fans were like this is stupid, why the heck are you doing this? Shonda Rhimes and the head of ABC promised when all is revealed it would be satisfying. Well the only way that story could have been satisfying was to have when Izzie realize that Denny was there to take her because she was sick, that she would have died right then and there and he took Katherine Heigl away and neither was to ever be heard of again. How much better would that have been?

Every week I am amazed how much worse Grey’s Anatomy gets by the episode and tonight’s episode sounds painful…no pun intended. Tonight on the show McSteamy suffers a broken McPenis, a storyline that ABC did a few years ago on The Drew Carey Show. This is the third storyline (I can think of) that the show has copied from another ABC show. There was that doctor (I pray the show never brings back) who had Asperger’s Syndrome just Jerry Espenson had on Boston Legal. And Izzie is seeing visions from a brain aneurysm just like Eli Stone on his show.
So now tonight when I tune in and wonder why I did, I will think of the shows that ABC cancelled way too soon for this piece of crap that just keeps getting worse and worse. I really wish I could stop watching, but for some reason I just can’t.

Once again the Grey's Anatomy spokepeople have lied to us. First they said that Isaiah Washington was not fired from the show, and then he was. Today comes word from Michael Ausiello that TR Knight is negotiating his out of the show even though ABC and Grey's Anatomy said the rumors of him not attending table reads and walking off of the show were not true.
Multiple sources confirm that T.R. Knight has asked to be released from his contract, a request that both ABC and Grey's show-runner Shonda Rhimes appear poised to grant. "They're working out the details now," whispers an ABC insider. (A network rep was unavailable for comment.)
It is not known when George O'Malley will say goodbye to Seattle Grace, but I doubt we will even notice. You know kind of like, who knew he was still on.
I can't wait to hear what his big mouth BFF Katherine Heigl will have to say about this, because I wonder what role she played with his decision!
UPDATE: Here is the funniest part of the story, Scoop is reporting that TR Knight is leaving the show because he wants to make it on the big screen.
“He’s seen what his friend (Heigl) has done with her career  lots of people in the industry said she wouldn’t translate to film and she has. He wants more than what he can get from ‘Grey’s,’†said one source.
“He’s not inspired by his story, by George,” the source says. “He’s convinced he can do films. It’s as simple as that.â€Â
