Kellan Lutz teaches Cookie Monster about things that vibrate!
April 23rd, 2013 under Sesame Street/Muppets, Twilight. [ Comments: 1 ]

Kellan Lutz will someday get to make his future kids happy because he can tell them he appeared on one of their favorite shows Sesame Street. Only problem is the PBS show asked the Twilighter to teach other children about the word “vibrate.”
Why is this problem? Well what vibrates in most homes? Let’s be real Sesame Street got really lucky when they asked that question to the little tykes and none of them that stick in mommy’s secret draw. That’s what I would’ve said!
Personally I would love to see those moms’ faces when their sons and/or daughters tell them about the special word they learned about Sesame Street that day. They’ll be like, “Mom, guess what? Sesame Street taught me about things that vibrate today?” And then that little kid will be watching Dora the Explorer from then on!

Elmo makes Jon Hamm a very mad man!
April 16th, 2013 under Jon Hamm, Sesame Street/Muppets. [ Comments: none ]

Jon Hamm is known for his sculpted good looks and because of that Sesame Street asked him to teach the kids what the word sculpture means. The mad man teamed up with Elmo to show us what a sculpture is. While Elmo tickled a stone, Hamm kept showing us a few sculptures made from different materials. As his lesson went on they got heavier and heavier until they were too much for him to bear. Even though you can tell he was very mad at that point as soon as Elmo said he was done, he perked right up to see what his friend created for him and he loved it.
Just when you think that Jon Hamm couldn’t get any cuter, he does something with Sesame Street and it is too awwwdorable for us handle.

Don Cheadle’s blow job!
April 9th, 2013 under Don Cheadle, Sesame Street/Muppets. [ Comments: none ]

Don Cheadle is a guest on Sesame Street and he wanted to teach Elmo about the word “inflate.” In order to do that, he blew up a beach ball. Then Elmo inflated something that looked very phallic and the two moved back and forth just like Herbie did.
I am not going to inflate this post any more because I think the video speaks for itself.

This just put me in the Christmas spirit!
December 21st, 2012 under Sesame Street/Muppets. [ Comments: none ]

I don’t know why but for some reason, I just haven’t gotten into the Christmas spirit yet this year. Part of it could be because I was waiting to see if the Mayans were right before I went shopping; but the other part of it is that we have been having a really warm winter here in LA this year. Today it is feeling like Christmas outside and listening to Jennifer Hudson sing Carol of the Bells with The Muppets on Sesame Street just made it feel the same way inside! Seriously she made my holiday with that song that I can’t listening to!

Elmo didn’t mean to…
December 17th, 2012 under Sesame Street/Muppets. [ Comments: none ]

You would have to be living under a rock not to know what Kevin Clash, the voice of Elmo, is reportedly accused of doing by several young men. So this morning when I checked out the Sesame Street YouTube page, I couldn’t wait to watch the video entitled “Elmo Didn’t Mean To”. I was dying to know if it was referring to what Clash did. Sadly it doesn’t, but still some of the lines can be words uttered out of Clash’s own mouth. Like, “Elmo didn’t mean to, mean to be like that,” or “Wishes he could take it back,” or “Now he now what he has to do.”
The lesson of the song has nothing to do with Clash, but it is an important one for kids to learn so watch it with them!
