Last week when Robert Downey Jr told Extra TV that Garry Shandling was in Iron Man 2, I thought he was joking. But after seeing him on the set of the sure-to-be-excellent movie's first day of shooting, I guess he was serious. I don't know about you, but Garry Shandling and action movies go together like oil and water to me. And I am not going to comment about RDJ's heels, oh wait I just did!

The extremely talented Robert Downey Jr who is in an acting class of his own (in a good way) is working on a musical according to OK!
Downey Jr says, “I’m a little busy right now. Every two years or so I’m saying that I am going to do a big musical; I’m just tired of saying that I am going to do stuff that sounds cool. If I’m going to do something, I’m going to do it.”
The Iron Man star adds, “It’s always lame when somebody gets really famous and they say they’re going to be a singer. I’m like, ‘You’ve already won the lottery, so take it easy, moron!’ But I’m also a composer and I sing what I write.”
I hope he keeps to his word because I would love to see what he could do! And maybe he will finally win that Oscar he so richly deserves!
But seriously. after listening to him in all those clips, I never realized what a great singer he is!!! Imagine that voice with his acting talent writing a musical, I would be there day on one!
Warner Bros is rumored to have gotten their first look at Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes and to say they aren't happy about it would be understatement according to The Sun.
Warner Bros chiefs said the first cut was not good enough — and blasted one scene as “ridiculously unrealistic”.
A source said the scenes were filmed while director Guy was “distracted” by his divorce from MADONNA.
The insider added: “It’s disastrous news, but Guy has promised to fix it.”
The Sun added that they want him to re-shoot not one, not two, but fives weeks of scenes. Yikes that is beyond a bad sign for the movie. But then again Swept Away was one of the absolute worse movies I have ever seen, so I don't know why the new shocks me. Oh yeah, I expect more from Robert Downey Jr. Poor RDJ.

Then yesterday, he and JUDE LAW, 35 — who plays his sidekick Dr Watson — had to flee the set with Ritchie when a petrol tanker exploded in a fireball.
The Iron Man actor, 43, was knocked unconscious by 25-stone co-star ROBERT MAILLET during a fight scene.
Downey Jr — who plays the famous detective — was “out cold” for six seconds and “drooling blood” before medics could bring him round.
A nurse on set at Chatham dockyard in Kent gave him six stitches in his mouth.
