If you are going to name your band Papa Roach, then at some point, real roaches are going to have to be involved. And it finally happened over the weekend.
Lead singer Jacoby Shaddix has turned into a cockroach, and he has no apologies about it.
That is until his last resort is someone stepping on him. Because he is a roach, and that is what we do to them once we stop screaming. Or at least that is what I do.
Oh, and just because Shaddix is that gross bug, he still sounds great! Almost like he is still human.
One last joke, Shaddix’s new Last Resort is the Roach Motel. Which is a literal last resort for roaches.

Papa Roach needed a mascot, and they have one in Carl Roach. He is such a big that the guys decided to adopt him.
Now, you think the band would haze him, but it was the other way around at a recent pool party. Someone asked the guys to identify a song. If they couldn’t do it, then Carl Roach would throw them into the pool! How did they do? If the band’s guessing a song were our last resort to save the world, then we would all be dead. But at least they had fun, and we had fun watching them!

If you are a masochist and love shopping on Black Friday, then going to a Papa Roach concert is a dream come true for you.
The band shared a video of their mosh pit, and that would be a Last Resort for me. However, there are people that crave that excitement. And my hat is off for them. Because it looks like a blast, just something I am not brave enough to experience. Are you?

Papa Roach has a weird pre-show ritual |

Some bands pray before they go on to the stage. However, Papa Roach is not like other bands. Their pre-show ritual consists of Tony Palermo feeding blueberries to Jacoby Shaddix like a bird feeds their baby, or how Alicia Silverstone used to feed her son.
However, Shaddix needs to be careful with this ritual, or he might be living the lyrics of their tune Last Resort. You know, “Suffocation, no breathing.”
Back to their eating habits, that is some weird sh!t. But I do respect it. Rock stars are not supposed to be like us. They are supposed to be different. And that is why I like Papa Roach so much on social media. You never know what they are going to post. But you do know it is as out there as their music!

There is a man, who goes by Garbage Dan on TikTok, who made a video demonstrating how he made homemade jorts. Besides modeling them, he thought he would have some fun singing a song to whistle to while he works. So, he rewrote the lyrics to Papa Roach’s Last Resort.
Well, after several people, like Lance Bass did their own take of it, word got back to the band. How do they feel about it? They can watch it time and time again.
Can’t say I blame them because it is awesome. However, the jorts are not. So men, please do make and then wear them. Signed, Women.
