Melrose Place 2.0 getting One Tree Hillified?
December 15th, 2008 under One Tree Hill. [ Comments: 1 ]

One Tree Hill's Mark Schwann is in talks to write the pilot of Melrose Place for The CW and CBS Paramount according to The Hollywood Reporter. Mark Schwann is still committed to WBTV until June and One Tree Hill if it gets picked up for a seventh season, which makes me wonder what is the cards for One Tree Hill's future. Personally if I had to choose I would choose One Tree Hill over a new Melrose Place but I think I might be in the minority.

One Tree Hill travels back in time!
November 17th, 2008 under One Tree Hill. [ Comments: none ]

In a very special episode, Chad Michael Murray pens an homage to the classic films of the 1940s. Karen’s Cafe is transformed into a glamorous nightclub with Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) as its proprietor.
I can’t wait to see how the fictional writer does at writing an episode of the show he is on! By the looks of those clips, I think that Chad Michael Murray did a good job bringing the show that went 5 years into the future, 60 years into the past!
So tune into One Tree Hill on The CW tonight at 9p to see an episode that will be unlike any other!

Dawson Leery moves to One Tree Hill
October 16th, 2008 under One Tree Hill. [ Comments: none ]

James Van Der Beek is going home to Dawson's Creek, but instead of it being his old hood it is now One Tree Hill's according to OK! Magazine. You see OTH took over the lot that once belonged, to DC, so I am sure it will be interesting for him to see his old home look different when he guests stars in Novemeber. He will be playing a director (sounds like Dawson) wanting turn Lucas' book into a movie.

I am giving One Tree Hill one final chance tonight
September 15th, 2008 under One Tree Hill. [ Comments: 3 ]

One Tree Hill came back this season extremely violent. So far in its first two episodes Dan was hit by car and kidnapped by the woman who kidnapped his grandson (unsuccessfully) and she is torturing him, Brooke was savagely attacked and Quintin was shot and killed when he walked in on a robbery. While it is not the first time One Tree has been so violent, there was the school shooting and Peyton’s stalker, it has never been with so many characters in such a short time.
So I decided to give the show, that I have been watching since day one, one last chance to make a mends. But if this show continues on this violent path, I am done with this show. If I wanted that much violence I would watch the local news and I have not done that in years.
BTW since I posted the touching scenes from tonight, here is one of the kidnapped Dan.

BTW one last vent about OTH, the school shooting episode was ruined when Dan shot his brother. All the impact of the show was thrown away with that ending and looks like Dan’s plot will ruin another powerful episode.
