Seriously? OMG! WTF?

Celebs don’t often like talking about their break-ups. So us mere norms (that’s normal, non-famous types) don’t get to know the reasons behind their splits. Which bugs us, because we’re nosy. But Nicole Richie’s former boyf Brody Jenner has come clean about the reason they broke up. And apparently it was down to constant arguing. Nic and Brody have been friends since childhood and dated for two months before calling it a day in early October 2006. He told Star magazine: "It was getting too serious. We started fighting. There was too much bickering." He also explained one of the reasons they started dating in first place, adding: "She lived above me, you know, in the apartment building. So it was convenient. "I’ve known her since we were kids and I really just wanted to be friends. She’s a great girl and now we are good friends." That’s what we like to hear. Brody is reportedly dating The Hills reality TV star Lauren Conrad, while Nicole has been spotted out and about with French fashion editor Samuel Plouchart.

Last night we were tipped that PARIS HILTON would be at DAN TANA’S on SANTA MONICA BLVD. in WEST HOLLYWOOD. When we arrived, a TMZ shooter was there. He was a doorguy at HYDE in the past and attacked me, without provocation, and broke my strobe on my NIKON. I complained to the management at HYDE, telling them to check their surveillance video for the truth. Evidently something happened, because the next time I saw him, he was no longer a doorman, but was now a TMZ.com video camera man. When I asked him to compensate for breaking my equipment, he laughed and denied hitting me. I guarantee that he did hit me hard enough to break my flash. My guys and me were the only photographers and videographers there, except for TMZ boy. TMZ boy got on the phone and begged for his buddies at X-17 to come to DAN TANA’s. About ten of them showed up. Blew the exclusive, and pushed and shoved their smelly Brazilian asses in front of our cameras. When will the IMMIGRATION SERVICE and the POLICE check out the people shooting for this agency? Paris Hilton is the most over-exposed celebrity that the public wants to see less of. A survey conducted by Forbes.com showed the public has grown tired seeing the star of "A Simple Life." She is followed by singer Britney Spears, Anna Nicole Smith, Spears’ husband Kevin Federline, former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson, actress Lindsay Lohan, Tom Cruise and Nicole Richie. The Olsen twins May Kate and Ashley also made it to the list at number eight followed by Michael Jackson, businessman Donald Trump and Jessica Simpson, whose "overexposure" rating had soared from 17 percent in 2003 to 41 percent in mid-2006. Robert Thompson, the founding director of the Center for the Study of Popular Television at Syracuse University, suggests to these celebrities to learn how to study the fine line between courting the spotlight and knowing when to retreat. He said, "It’s a challenge because celebrity in many ways is defined by how much exposure you get. "But the perfect equation is to get as much exposure as you possibly can right up to the moment when it gets to be too much, and then you want to pull back."

I know there are rumors regarding my "breakup" with Brody Jenner. The truth is, we were never really together. We hung out, and he’s a nice guy, but my heart was never in it.
