Is this Mel Gibson’s love child? |

A PRETTY blonde is taking legal action against troubled Hollywood superstar Mel Gibson to force him to take a DNA test and prove she’s his secret daughter. Painter Carmel Sloane claims the millionaire actor made her mum pregnant on a mattress in the back of his car before he was famous 30 YEARS ago. And now her 10-year-old son Jordan bears a striking resemblance to his secret GRANDAD. Carmel, 29, said: "I’m not doing it for his money. I just want to meet the man I’ve always known was my dad — and for him to get to know his grandson." The paternity suit is the latest blow for the Braveheart star. Earlier this year he was arrested for drink-driving and launched an anti-Jewish tirade against cops. Legal papers will be served on Gibson, 50, this week and he will either have to admit he’s the father or have a swab taken from inside his mouth for DNA testing. "I would love to meet him but I wouldn’t expect to be part of his life. I’m not looking for a piece of the pie or that lifestyle. "I would like him to know he has a grandson who is a great kid. He is very bright and creative. He would be proud of him." The News of the World put the claims to Gibson’s representatives, but they failed to respond. Carmel added: "We have no choice but to go legal so that we can get to the bottom of this once and for all. A simple DNA test will sort it out."

She kind of looks like his other daughters, doesn’t she?

Mel Gibson feels for Michael Richards |

Or said them on stage at a comedy club? I felt like sending Michael Richards a note. I feel really badly for the guy. He was obviously in a state of stress. You don’t need to be inebriated to be bent out of shape. My heart went out to the guy. Poor f—er, he’s getting it now. They’ll probably torture him for a while and then let him go. I like him.
Entertainment Weekly
They make a perfect pair. The EW interview has him denying he is an anti-semite and Passion was not anti-semitic and blah lies blah. Oh yeah boycott Apocalypto.

Joan Rivers gives her two cents on Mel Gibson |

Mel Gibson probably shouldn’t expect a Hanukkah card this year from red carpet diva Joan Rivers. “He is an anti-Semitic son of a bitch,” she tells Celebrity Week. “He should f–king die.” Rivers, 73, was promoting her upcoming Bravo comedy special Joan Rivers: Before Melissa Pulls The Plug (premieres October 24), when the conversation turned to the disgraced actor’s recent arrest. “I think he’s in vino veritas,” the comic said. “I think everyone should not watch (the interview with Diane Sawyer). The hypocrisy is what I hate. You know it’s all about ratings and Diane Sawyer has them all when she’s married to a Jewish guy Mike Nichols. It’s ridiculous because she’ll get great ratings and (Gibson) will be back in business.” Not surprisingly, Rivers revealed that Gibson has now earned a place in her stand up act: “His bumper sticker is ‘My other car is a gas chamber.’ The other is ‘I heart Hitler,’” she joked before again turning serious. “I believed it when he said six and a half million Jews spent World War two in Boca and didn’t die. He is what he is. How refreshing that we all now know.”
Celebrity Week
For the first time in a really long time, I actually laughed at something she said.

GMA’s Diane Sawyer lands the first Mel Gibson interview |
October 6th, 2006 under Mel Gibson, TV News. [ Comments: none ]

SO guess who snagged the very first exclusive with booze-loving, Jew- nonloving Mel Gibson? Everyone wanted it. Television reporters from as far away as downtown Kazakhstan vied for it. Diane Sawyer, who lets no grass and no interview grow under her feet, nailed it. You absolutely must admire that lady. The interview was done earlier this week in Los Angeles, which is why she’s been "on assignment" and away from her New York seat on "GMA" this week. Should pull a nifty rating, and it will air in two parts next week, Thursday and Friday.
Cindy Adams
GMA also had the first interview with him after he made his homphobic comments almost 15 years ago. I hope Diane Sawyer asks him some tough questions, but I am sure she will be kissing his a$$ and will go there, but not go there. I think the only show that could really take him on is The View!
UPDATE: The interview is not about Mel Gibson’s antics, but his movie
"Diane has had the Mel Gibson interview locked up for months… before the drunk driving episode. The interview is actually pegged to Mel’s new movie, Apocalypto," an ABCer says…
TVNewser
I hope she has the balls to still focus on that night.

Is Mel Gibson drinking again? |

Has Mel Gibson fallen off the wagon? The star — who publicly sought help for his alcoholism less than two months ago — was spotted drinking beer in Austin, Texas, according to the upcoming issue of the National Enquirer. “I couldn’t believe my eyes. Mel Gibson was swigging a Bud with two adoring young women hanging on his every word,” the tab quotes a musician named Steven Smith as saying. Smith claims that the alleged incident occurred at Stubb’s Bar-B-Q on Sept. 22 at around 1:15 a.m. According to Smith, about 75 people were at the bar, but Gibson and his group were in an area that was “cordoned off so no one could bother him.” Another unnamed source backs up the claim, telling the Enquirer “He definitely was drinking Budweiser. I saw him.” Gibson was arrested on a drunk-driving charge on July 28 and erupted in an anti-Semitic tirade. On Aug. 17, he pleaded no contest; he was sentenced to three years probation and went into an out-patient treatment for his alcoholism. Gibson was in Austin for the screening of his new movie, “Apocalypto,” but his rep insists that he drank no alcohol during the trip. “The story’s not true,” spokesman Alan Neirob told The Scoop. “He wasn’t drinking anything alcoholic.
Scoop
Considering the source they could be wrong, but considering Alan Neirob was most likely in LA at the time he could be wrong too? Things that make you go hmmm.
