"Nicole cried all the way to the church in the car and then she cried all during the ceremony and had to wipe her eyes under the veil," a guest tells PEOPLE. "It was the most emotional and beautiful ceremony. Nicole Kidman looked ethereal with her veil floating, like a vision in white. … Keith cried when he looked at her.
"It was so intense," the guest says. "When her veil was lifted, he moved right in and he grabbed her and kissed her. It was a long, passionate kiss. (Then) everything went from being quiet and elegant and intense to really loud, like we were suddenly at a soccer game. There was screaming and hollering and such excitement.
"But when Nicole and Keith looked at each other it was like they were the only two people in the room. They are so deeply in love. It was the most incredible wedding."

LATEST: NICOLE KIDMAN and KEITH URBAN will release a single free photograph to the media hours after their Australian wedding ceremony on Sunday (25JUN06). The couple hope releasing the photograph will help curb aggressive paparazzi tactics at the actual event. Instead of selling exclusive photographs to the press for money, the celebrity couple have requested that media outlets using the photo make a donation to a children’s hospital in the Sydney suburb of Randwick. Locals in Sydney have dubbed the frenzy surrounding the wedding "Kidmania". TV news programme THE INSIDER reports that Kidman’s THE HOURS co-star MERYL STREEP touched down in Australia, skipping the Los Angeles premiere of her new movie THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA. Kidman’s other co-star from The Hours, JULIANNE MOORE, is also reportedly on the guest list, along with her COLD MOUNTAIN accomplice RENEE ZELLWEGER.

NICOLE Kidman will sing with Ewan McGregor at her wedding. The pair starred in Moulin Rouge together and Nicole – who is reportedly marrying country singer Keith Urban on Sunday – wants to perform Come What May with the Scottish actor at her wedding reception. The actress is even believed to have asked Ewan to wear a kilt for the performance. Nicole’s two adopted children, Isabella, 13, and Connor, 11, have flown into Australia for the nuptials.

Nicole Kidman and fiancé Keith Urban are breaking out the charm on the paparazzi. Photographers set up camp outside Kidman’s harborside home in Sydney after the couple released a statement announcing that they will soon be married in Australia. But to show they have no hard feelings, the couple extended an olive branch on Tuesday, sending out a case of beer and water bottles to the parched shutterbugs.
According to the Associated Press, on the case of 24 bottles of “Victoria Bitter” beer was a note reading: “Enjoy!, Nicole & Keith.” Earlier in the day the paparazzi sent Kidman flowers to celebrate her 39th birthday and sang “Happy Birthday” through the gate intercom.
Kidman was all smiles when she emerged later. When asked how she planned to spend her birthday, she replied: “Not much, dinner at home with mum … boring. Thank you for the flowers and the singing.”
