Johnny Depp has secretly been giving back to the hospital that saved his little Lily-Rose according to the Daily Mail
Johnny Depp secretly visited Great Ormond Street Hospital yesterday to donate £1 million of his own money to thank staff for saving his daughter's life.
He arrived unexpectedly at the London children's hospital where eight-year-old Lily-Rose was treated last year when her kidneys failed.
Last week he invited five Great Ormond Street doctors and nurses to the party for the London premiere of his film Sweeney Todd.
And on November 29, unknown to the public, Depp spent four hours at the hospital telling bedtime stories to patients dressed as Captain Jack Sparrow after having his Pirates Of The Caribbean costume flown over from Los Angeles.
Lily-Rose had E.coli poisoning in March and luckily even though it was touch and go for a while she survived and is doing better now. It is nice to see that Depp did not take her survival for granted and has been giving back to place that saved her. But then again we are talking Johnny Depp who turned out to be a great guy!

I never understand why celebs ignore their fans like that. I am shocked that a man like Will Ferrell who is made by his fans, ignores them. He is off my movie list, not that I mind because I think he is overrated. I am also shocked that William Shatner is on that list he seems like the type who would respect his fans. Hopefully all those people who are on the bad list will get what is coming from them from the fans that are not good enough for them!
But on the positive side it is nice to see Johnny Depp remains number one on that list! Good for him and the others on the list! Jack Nicholson could be a crap but it is nice to see he isn't! All those people are on must see movie list!!!
For those on the worst list, they can change their ways like Russell Crowe who used to be among them.

One of the best and most deserving actors of today is OK with not winning an Oscar for any of the performances he deserved it for according to IOL.
He says: "I don't want to get up in front of all these people and thank them. It scares the s***t out of me! The nomination was enough for me. I felt very honoured. It's not really about the awards, though, it's about the work for me. I just love acting."
See that is what it is all about, Depp is such a man of class! He should have been nominated and won for What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Henry and Joon and so on. Hopefully one day the Academy will honor him because he so richly deserves it and he will have the guts to say Thank You!

Johnny Depp has a nice singing voice in Sweeney Todd, I just won’t go see him in because I have sworn off Tim Burton movies. Depp looks the same as he did when he did Edward Scissorhands, but older.
Is it just me or does it sound a lot like the Buffy musical epsiode Once More With Feeling?

Paul Karslake's ‘You’ve forgotten one very important thing… I’m Keith Richards mate’ the latest amazing painting he painted of Keith Richards and Johnny Depp sold for $30,000 on May 25th! The first painting he painted of Keith Richards as a pirate was Johnny Depp's inspiration for Pirates of the Caribbean's Jack Sparrow.
