Jodie Sweetin finally had her little baby girl yesterday according to People. 
Baby Zoie was delivered via C-section Saturday afternoon, and arrived weighing 8 lbs. 7 oz. and is 21 in. long.

"Jodie says that she and her husband and family are absolutely thrilled and in love with baby Zoie," says a rep for the actress. 

Jodie must be so relieved to have had baby considering how big she got in the torso area carrying her.

Jodie Sweetin looks so ready to pop, she looks like she is carrying a Full House in her torso. In fact she told Us Weekly, "It’s a scary thing but I’m kind of scared of how much bigger I’m going to get!" She also told them she has having a little girl, "We’re not naming her after any fruits or electronic devices or anything like that. She’s going to have a fairly normal name." I wonder what her name will be, let's see how fairly normal it is.

Forgetting about the sudden increase in her breast size, is it just me or does she look a lot like her TV older sister from Full House Candice Cameron?
