To say this has been a horrible midseason for the networks would be an understatement. Do No Harm lasted just two episodes, Zero Hour aired one more, Tuesdays were not good for Cult and Smash because The CW show is on Fridays and NBC is moving is musical drama to Fridays and Deception deceived us all by airing its full run without anyone knowing.
Well I guess the networks are changing their strategies and launching a few more because The Tonight Show aired what’s coming to a TV near you in the upcoming weeks. We are getting Emotional Wipeout, Mourning Wood, Homeland the RomCom, How I Hillybilly Handfished Your Mother and Un.O. All 5 of those are shows are still a much better idea then when NBC decided to give Jay Leno the 10p slot Mondays to Fridays a few years ago. C’mon it was too easy not to go there!
Jesse Heiman’s life was forever changed when he kissed Bar Refaeli in a Go Daddy commercial that aired during the Super Bowl. Days later he kissed Jay Leno on The Tonight Show and the NBC host liked his lips so much so that he decided to share them with the people attending the Vanity Fair post Oscar party. So basically the guy who only has “Partial V” has kissed more people that we have all wanted to plant our lips on. Not a bad deal if you can get it.

We have all seen a commercial that has scarred us for life, and for me it was those creepy Burger King ads. Well for Kyra Sedgwick it is any commercial with talking food. Her husband Kevin Bacon was on The Tonight Show yesterday and he told Jay Leno it all started with the California Raisins commercial and continued from there. So when he was offered a commercial where he would be a talking peanut and an M, he turned it down because his marriage is more important. But Six Degrees man, telling the TV world about her phobia might not be helping your marriage. It might be a Closer, with a bad Following.
Dennis Rodman is a guest on The Tonight Show tonight and Jay Leno asked him about his Celebrity Apprentice: All-Star co-competitors. When the NBC host asked him about Gary Busey, he said “OMG! That guy’s nuts, huh?” So basically if the man who wore a wedding dress to promote his book thinks you are nuts, then I think you have to consider that you really are.
BTW this makes me even more excited for the new season of Celebrity Apprentice that is back March 3rd on NBC!
Jenna Elfman was on The Tonight Show on Friday and she shared Jay Leno that when her husband Bodhi was going through his mid-life crisis that she told him to go for it. The star of 1600 Penn said that things had gotten so bad with him that she wanted to be the good wife and to shut up her bad husband. Knowing that he had the go ahead, he didn’t take her up on the offer. And that is why they’re celebrating their 18th year of wedded bliss this month.
BTW I would never ever offer that option to my husband, unless I really wanted a divorce because then I would know that I would get half if he said yes!
