‘ti Death is back tonight at 9p with the best episode of the show’s run. ‘ti Death went through some changes since last season and got rid of two of its characters, the newlywed neighbors. In their place they added JB Smooth as Eddie’s (Brad Garrett) little brother from the Big Brother program, you have to watch to understand the strangeness of it. His timing with Garrett’s is perfect and I can’t wait to see what else these two do as the season goes on. And don’t forget that Eddie is married to Joy (Joely Fisher) and their marriage is one I don’t aspire to have but it is realistic.
In tonight’s episode Joy is devastated that “her girls” can’t get her out of speeding ticket and she is wondering what is wrong with her. All the hijinx that go on with her trying to deal with the fact “her girls” might be losing it is so freaking funny.
So tune in to ’til Death on Fox tonight at 9p for you show that gets you through hump day even if the leads haven’t done it in a while!!!
Oh and stick around for Do Not Disturb on Fox at 9:30 for a good old sitcom feeling show.
When an international flight lands at Boston’s Logan Airport with no signs of life, FBI Special Agent OLIVIA DUNHAM (Anna Torv) is called in to investigate as part of an inter-agency task force. After her partner, Special Agent JOHN SCOTT (Mark Valley), is nearly killed during the investigation, a desperate Olivia searches frantically for someone to help, leading her to DR. WALTER BISHOP (John Noble), our generation’s Einstein. There’s only one catch: he’s been institutionalized for the last 17 years, and the only way to question him requires pulling his estranged son PETER (Joshua Jackson) in to help.
When Olivia’s investigation leads to multi-billion dollar corporation Massive Dynamic and its manipulative corporate executive, NINA SHARP (Blair Brown), our unlikely trio, along with Department of Homeland Security Agent PHILLIP BROYLES (Lance Reddick) and FBI Agents CHARLIE FRANCIS (Kirk Acevedo) and ASTRID FARNSWORTH (Jasika Nicole), will discover that what happened on Flight 627 is only a small piece of a larger, more shocking truth.
J.J. Abrams teams with another JJ, Joshua Jackson, and together the pairing have created one of the most original shows in a really long time. When I heard about Fringe, I got excited for the show but I was afraid it would disappoint. Boy was I surprised how blown away I was after watching it. Before I put the pilot on, I was afraid that I going to be drawn into another J.J. Abrams show that would leave me asking more questions than answers. But by the first commercial break, I answered my question that this show is the must add new show of the season.
I can’t even explain how amazing and interesting this show is it is something you just have to watch and sit in awe. Joshua Jackson adds a much needed comic relief to this fast-paced show. John Noble is great as the Fringe Scientist who was recently released from a mental hospital. Anna Torv plays the role of the agent investigating it all perfectly. Oh and did I mention the special effects are outstanding.
So tune into Fringe tonight on Fox at 8p for the show that everyone will be talking about on Wednesdays!!!
Hole in the Wall premieres tonight on Fox at 8p and I can’t wait to see how it turns out!!! It is one of the few game shows I actually I want to be a contestant on!
Last season Fox's 24 was halted twice because of production and then finally the clock stopped was by the WGA stricke. Fast forward today and once again the clock has stopped from production according to EW.
After the completion of episode 18 on Sept. 15, production on Fox's hit drama 24 will shut down until October 9th while the writers reshape the upcoming season's creative direction — specifically the transition leading to the end game. "We had a couple of scripts that we weren't happy with," 24 exec producer Howard Gordon tells EW.com. "We just couldn't get this direction to work, and we found another one that we liked better, so we wound up retooling it.
Gordon went on to say the show is not in trouble, but looks like this will be the last season of the show when not even a year off can solve the problems that need to be fixed.
One of my favorite shows last year was Kitchen Nightmares and tonight it is back on Fox at 8p with a 2-hour special what happened to the Kitchen Nightmares he turned into Kitchen Dreams. What was nice about tonight’s show is that you see Gordon Ramsey really did make a difference with this show. I seriously could not believe how many of the restaurants really turned around because of his actions. There was one place he went to last year that was by me and the owner wouldn’t listen to him and now that place is closed down. So it just goes to show he really knows what he is talking about.
So I can’t wait to see how he saves this season’s restaurants and what they need fixed.
So tune in to Kitchen Nightmares tonight and every Thursday on Fox at 8p!
