I don’t know about you, but ever since Ashlee Simpson married Evan Ross, we don’t see her as much as we used to.
However, that is going to change in August because she will be returning to the stage at the Voltaire in the Venetian in Las Vegas for a two-night event.
“I’m so excited to take the stage in such a stunning space like Voltaire and have the opportunity to perform up close and personal with my fans,” she wrote. “We’re working so hard to make this show feel personal and special, so I can’t wait to share this experience and connect with the audience in such a perfect setting.”
If you can’t make it to Vegas, don’t worry. She added, “This is the beginning.” So, it sounds like she will be hitting the road soon.
Now that we’ve got that out of the way, let’s talk about the poster. Am I the only one who didn’t recognize her? She looks like a combination of the Nickelodeon stars who were on Dan Schneider’s shows.
Billy Joel released We Didn’t Start the Fire in 1989. Since then, there have been a lot of events that have happened which should be added to the tune. So Fall Out Boy is doing for Joel.
Although, they somehow forgot to mention COVID, Monica Lewinsky, Y2K, Beyoncé, Britney Spears, Netflix, and The Rock.
What do you think they left out?
I know; I am talking about what was missing. But what wasn’t missing is how great it is!
Thank you for updating the time-defining song. I wonder who will do it next?
If you are like me, then you have played around with the different voices on Waze. And you have discovered the Boy Band voice option that is creepier than Pennywise, Jigsaw, Ghostface, and the Burger King combined.
Have you ever wondered what they look like? Well, Jimmy Fallon had them perform on The Tonight Show on Friday. It is surprising how normal they appear to be. They won’t haunt my nightmares like their voice.
And now the world is a less scary place.
Oh, and I watched this video to see Fall Out Boy do an all-cluck version of Sugar, We’re Goin’ Down dressed as chickens. But the Waze reveal was so much more brilliant.
Seriously, the whole Audience Suggestion Box segment was really good. So sit back and watch it because we all need to laugh.
Fall Out Boy was on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon yesterday, and they sang their new song Hold Me Like a Grudge.
But that is not what everyone is talking about today. We all want to know what is up with Patrick Stump wearing a fake muscular chest to make him look like Rambo. I say that because of the red bandana around his forehead.
Seriously, it is so bad that it distracts us from Pete Wentz wearing an eyepatch.
What is up with their styling? Because it is taking away from the music. And as a fan of the band, I can say this, maybe that is not a bad thing because that song is lackluster.
I have some good news and some bad news for you. The bad news is that the new Ghostbusters theme by Fall Out Boy with Missy Elliot is out now. The good news is a perfect fit for the horrible looking movie.
I love FOB but the sound they created for this updated version of the theme song is hideous. But like I said, it is fitting for the female version of the beloved classic. I don’t have a problem with it being all females, I just don’t like Paul Feig’s movie, they are all the same…overrated.
