Seriously? OMG! WTF? » Britney Spears/KFed

You have to feel for Britney on this one.

Sven. Angie.  Not famous names to you and me, but if you were a paparazzi on the Britney Spears beat, these people would be as important to you as the Princess of Pop herself.  They are the other photographers- your rivals- and when it comes to Spears the rivalry is tougher than usual.

At TMZ we see a lot of mobs of photographers pestering one celeb or another, but rarely have we seen such infighting as we did recently in Malibu.  The whole Spears clan was coming out of Nobu:  Brit and Sean, K-Fed, even Jamie Lynn and mom.  Clearly the shot was worth a lot, because the paparazzi were vicious in their jockeying for position.

Some photographers who had promised to stay crouched instead leapt to their feet, obstructing the view of others. The paparazzi were yelling at each other, instead of at the celebs.  The normal cries of "Britney! ""Kevin!" were replaced by shouts of "come on!" "get down!" and several f-bombs.

If the photographers are at each other’s throats like that, then Britney and family must simply be the biggest shot of the day.

Seriously, why was that shot worth anything? I do feel the paparazzi needs ot leave her alone. What is it going to take for the paparazzi to stop risking the lives of celebs and their kids?

Text K-Fed

Don’t get too excited BritneyKevin Federline is saving pennies, but not his own. Federline appeared in Times Square to unveil Virgin Mobile’s new “penny texting” plan, and to also launch a campaign to save the U.S. penny from extinction – by collecting them for charity.

K-Fed arrived in an armored truck that was covered with pennies, and stepped out wearing a Abraham Lincoln mask over his face, which he removed immediately. Kevin said a few words – gawker.com has his speech on video here – and sent the very first penny text message.

Organizers handed out slips of paper bearing the phone number 310-876-4210, and told us that it was “Kevin’s phone number”. During his speech, he told everyone to text him at that number. We couldn’t see our keyboards under the blazing sun, but we tried it later at home, and got no response. Calling the number gets a "mailbox is full" recording.

Please let us know if anyone does hear back from Kevin. Yo

I guess you can say Britney finally made an honest man out of him…

Here’s this piece of trash doing some work for Virgin’s penny awareness campaign. It’s ironic that he’s part of a penny campaign, because that’s how much he’s worth.
