Britney Spears was released this morning because Cedars-Sinai felt there was no reason to keep her and the threat was over. Entertainment Tonight spoke with Dr. Phil who was with when she was discharged and he said:
“My meeting with Britney and some of her family members this morning in her room at Cedars leaves me convinced more than ever that she is in dire need of both medical and psychological intervention. She was released moments before my arrival and was packing when I entered the room. We visited for about an hour before I walked with her to her car. I am very concerned for her.”
Sounds like she needed to be in the hospital a little longer because now she is not going to get the help she needs. UPDATE: According to OK! Magazine K-Fed is not happy that she was released.
“Kevin is so worried that Britney will rush his house and try to grab the boys, just like she tried to do last February,” explains the source, who tells OK! that K-Fed has doubled security at his Tarzana, Calif., home.
“The boys are safe for now,” the source reveals to OK!. “But Kevin feels Britney is clearly deranged, and there’s no telling what she’ll do. After all, this is a woman who two days ago barricaded herself in her bedroom with her youngest child for three hours!” Adds the insider, “You can’t get mentally well in a hospital after 36 hours.”
I can’t say I blame him because I could see her doing the same thing. I wonder if she knows she lost custody of the boys yet?
I hate to start this post this way, but there is no other way to say it…but Britney finally lost it.
What a day for Britney Spears, she finally showed up for her deposition in the custody battle for the boys 105 minutes late dressed in a nice dress. Looked like things were looking up for her, but less than 10 hours later she was taken to the hospital for an “unknown substance” and a mental evaluation after a 2 stand-off with K-Fed to give him back his boys. She is currently being evaluated at Cedars-Sinai in Beverly Hills, but not much is known of her condition according to KCBS at 5a.
Jayden James was also taken the hospital, but it is not known why. K-Fed, her dad and Sam Lufti were all seen going into the hospital to check on her.
This is so sad, maybe she has finally reached that breaking point but then again we all said that after she shaved her head.
I have a feeling that she will lose all custody of the boys after this, so this might not be the lowest she will go.
I don’t know why, but this just breaks my heart. We have seen her wild antics and laughed about them, but now it is just evident she is beyond help. Hopefully she will get the help she needs, but she is just in her own world and sadly might not. UPDATE: According to Us Weekly both Jayden James and Sean Preston were released from the hospital at 4:15a. Plus they got an update from someone at the hospital about Britney:
A hospital source tells Usmagazine.com that Spears has been designated a “special needs” patient, meaning “they have either overdosed or tried to commit suicide. So we go stay with these patients and monitor them constantly. We watch them so they don’t hurt themselves and watch the people who come visit them to make sure they don’t pass anything to them.”
I love how the paparazzi listens to Britney Spears when she says Stop and they do for a few seconds. I wonder why she was all of sudden grumpy towards them, maybe because her paparazzo boyfriend wasn’t there and she was upset he didn’t call or cover her the day after they spent the night together?
TMZ captured another crazy Saturday with Britney Spears. First Britney Spears gets mad at the paparazzi when they wouldn’t let her take a photograph of them and smashes her camera in anger. Only one problem the memory card (I guess with controversial pictures) falls out and she has to go back to get it. Now that she has made up with the paps for finding her memory card, she decides to reward one of them with a night with her. He denies anything happened, but if it did hopefully he used at least two condoms.
UPDATE: Britney attempts a British accent and goes to a WalGreen’s bathroom and rides with a paparzzo that she invited back to her room.
Seriously why is Britney Spears buying the imitation perfume and not the real thing? She can afford to buy the real one, it is not like Rite-Aid doesn't sell perfume at their store. But I have to admit it would have been funnier if she bought one of imitation perfume (yes Curious is available as one of those body sprays) instead of the one she did buy.
BTW I wonder who that pony is for…the boys or her?
