Britney Spears celebrated her 27th birthday on GMA this morning and sang 2 songs from her CD Circus that was released today and was her birthday present to us! After three yawner performances in Europe it was nice to see her back in the US performing Womanizer and Circus like her old self! It is also nice to see her turn 27, there was a time that that looked like it wasn’t going to happen!
So happy birthday Britney Spears and many more!!!
12.8 million TVs or 53% of the entire viewing audience in The UK tuned into watch Britney Spears live on X Factor yesterday. With those numbers I wonder how long until she appears on Simon Cowell’s show American Idol? I smell a Britney Spears’ theme night coming to American Idol 8.
The documentary we have been all waiting for Britney: For The Record premieres on MTV tonight at 10p. We finally get to hear Britney Spears in her own words and talk about the craziness we all watched. I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to hear what she has to say!!! I am sure we will all be talking about it tomorrow and then some.
Britney Spears performed Womanizer live at the Bambi Awards in Germany, her first televised live performance since that GA performance at the MTV VMAs. Personally I wasn’t that impressed. Hopefully she will get better the more she performs live on TV.
Britney Spears‘ highly-anticipated CD, Circus is not out for another 8 days, but you can hear the whole album thanks to IMEEN. I am being sincere when I say I really like Circus! There are some songs on the CD that have a completely different sounds than we are used to hearing from Britney Spears and I like it. You can hear the changes in her life has effected the beat she is going with now! We still hear the Britney that made her Britney, but we are also hearing the new and improved Britney Spears!!!
