Charlie Sheen spent his Christmas behind bars in Aspen, Co on suspicion of domestic violence according to OK!. Pitkin Couny Police told the magazine, “Mr. Sheen is still incarcerated at this time and a mandatory restraining order has been filed against him. He is not allowed to contact the victim and we won’t be releasing the victim’s name, per policy. Mr. Sheen is currently awaiting advisement by a judge before he can be released.†The victim is rumored to be his wife of over a year and a half, Brooke Mueller but since they won’t be releasing the name of the victim there is no way of knowing until one of them goes to the press and you know they will. Although Charlie’s rep had this to say, “Do not be mislead by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day. It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion.†Well if he doesn’t want us to jump to any conclusions then tell us what happened?
No word yet if he is arrest will effect production of Two and a Half Men, but I doubt it.
UPDATE: TMZ is reporting that Brooke Mueller was legally drunk with a blood alcohol level of .13 when she called 911. They added she recanted her story after Charlie’s arrest, but as of now police are continuing with the case. I guess that is what his rep meant when he said don’t be “mislead by appearance”.
Charlie was released from jail on a $8,500 bond.

Family Ties Brian Bonsall was arrested again on Saturday on suspicion of hitting his best friend with part of a stool according to Daily Camera.
Police caught up with him about 2:30 a.m. Saturday at his “best friend’s†home at 1121 11th St. in Boulder. According to an arrest report, officers were called to the apartment three times that night before they arrested Bonsall on suspicion of hitting his friend, Micheal Trujillo, 26, in the face with a part from a broken stool.
Trujillo said he and Bonsall began arguing, and when he asked Bonsall to leave, the guest refused and then attacked Trujillo with the stool, according to police. Bonsall told officers that both he and Trujillo had been drinking “a lot†that night, and he didn’t remember what had happened.
“Bonsall then said that he and Trujillo both are bipolar and like drugs,†according to the report. “Bonsall said that he takes a lot of drugs and sometimes those drugs make him forget things.â€
The 28 year old was charged with third degree assault for Saturday’s incident. He was also charged with failing to appear at hearing last year for possibly violating his probation from his 2007 arrest where he plead guilty to assaulting his girlfriend at the time. He received 2 years probation for that incident which would’ve been up in September, but because he has been wanted for a year for not attending his probation violation hearing, I would assume that time was extended? He is being held on two bonds that total $7,500.

Burn Notice’s Jeffrey Donovan arrested |

Burn Notice’s Michael Weston is used to run ins with the law this season, but Jeffrey Donovan who plays him is not. That was until he was arrested on July 12th for suspicion of DUI after he swerved to avoid hitting a cop car that was stopped at a red light according to WFOR.
The arrest affidavit states Donovan “quickly swerved in order to avoid striking the rear of the patrol car.”
When the officer approached Donovan’s vehicle, the officer observed the “driver had bloodshot watery eyes” and the officer “smelled a strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from the defendant’s breath and the defendant had a flushed face,” states the police report.
The officer asked Donovan if he had anything to drink and he answered, “I had three drinks at the Fountainebleau”, according to the affidavit.
The officer said that he didn’t perform the sobriety tests up to standars and refused to take the breathalyzer exam. The officer added that Donovan said, “I really think I’m only border line and not too drunk.” The cop felt differently and took him in.
I am not trying to make light of his situation because drinking and driving should not be taken that way, but with all the times that he played fake drunk on the show, I could picture the incident in my mind and his conversation with the officers.

Joyce DeWitt busted for DUI |

Joyce DeWitt best known for playing Janet Wood on Three’s Company was arrested for suspicion of DUI on July 4th according to TMZ.
Law enforcement sources tell us DeWitt drove past a barricade Saturday afternoon — and when an officer approached her, she smelled like booze. She was given field sobriety tests and then arrested for suspicion of DUI
She posted her $5,000 bail on Saturday and was released.
As of now her mug shot has not been released.
UPDATE: The Smoking Gun posted her mug shot, she looks so upset about the arrest.

Matt Dillon arrested |

Matt Dillon was arrested in Vermont for speeding according to WCAX.
State Police stopped Matt Dillon, who was traveling 106 miles per hour on Interstate 91 in Newbury. He is due in court next month to answer to a charge of excessive speed.
Poor Matt, what a sad reason to be arrested. Well on a positive note he gets another ski trip next month.
