Homesick Simon Cowell spoke to his hometown paper The Sun about this season of American Idol and let's just say I agree with him.
He said: “To be honest with you I’m not really enjoying the current American Idol season.
“It actually reminds me of the last X Factor series we did. It’s just a bit dull.”
Minus David Cook's performance of Hello, I have seriously forgotten about all the other performances. I still don't know who most of them are, and I am not sure I care to find out who they are.
Maybe now that we are finaly down to Top 12 it will get better. Just maybe…

Yeah I know I am late on this, but it just hit me that Adam Ant’s Strip would have been the perfect song choice for David Hernandez on Tuesday. Afterall it was ’80s night on American Idol and that is an ’80s song. Maybe down the line he will consider singing it because it really would be a perfect song for him…

It only took us to two months to get to American Idol 7's Top 12 and I still don't know who most of them are. That is why I posted their names because I am assuming most of you don't know who they are either. But don't worry in two weeks we will know everything about them…not like we haven't learned some interesting things already about David Hernandez and Ramiele Malubay.

Finally a performance on American Idol 7 that made me go wow! What David Cook did to Hello was eerie but it worked! I would love to hear his version inserted in to the original Lionel Richie music video because I think it would make his video work even better!
I hope David Cook stays because I want to see what else he can do.
BTW I haven’t posted much on Idol because to be honest this season is really boring me. Anyone else not as impressed with this season of American Idol singers?
