What do you do after you have been hospitalized for 36 hours under for psychiatric evaluation, well if you Britney Spears you go to Palm Desert according to Norm Clarke. 

A retired newspaper executive from Denver told Vegas Confidential that Spears was celebrating her release with a mimosa champagne drink during breakfast at the Daily Grill on El Paseo.

The restaurant manager confirmed to Vegas Confidential it was Spears.

During breakfast, she went to the restroom with her champagne flute, while her friend stood outside the door.

After the 11 a.m. breakfast, she walked down the street with her friend, who had black spiked hair.

But according to ETOnline there has been no movement from her since she was quickly seen yesterday. I am going with Entertainment Tonight on this one because how did she get away from the paparazzi long enough to sneak off to Palm Desert?
UPDATE: According to ETonline she was in Palm Desert today.
