Alison Sweeney aka Sami Brady gave birth to a girl today according to People. Megan Hope Sanov was born at 12:12a and weighed in at 6 lb.- 7 oz. Megan has a 3 year old big brother namd Ben!

Alison is also host of The Biggest Loser and I am sure she will be using lessons from the show to lose her baby weight. But watching her on Days Of Our Lives she won't have much to lose!
