The host wakes up at 5:10a, gets ready, and arrives at the studio two hours later to prepare for his radio show and Live with Kelly and Ryan.
Once he is done with his main jobs, it is time for his first workout at 2p and then his second one, two hours later.
At 5:30p, it is dinner time. After supper, he watches some TV, and he is in bed by 9p.
And he wonders why he doesn’t have a girlfriend. Where would she fit in?
Oh, and these are just days when he is not working on American Idol or the many other projects he lends his name to.
