You would think that running from bulls is scary enough, but it is not as scary as Coronavirus. Because of that, this year’s Pamplona Bull-Run has been canceled. The Pamplona City Council announced yesterday that they were suspending San Fermín festivities in July.
They also wrote, “But remember that, as soon as we can…LosViviremos!” It is more important to live another day, then to get nearly killed by a pissed-off bull.
Their decision makes total sense because thousands of people from all over the world come to watch and participate in the event. The last thing anyone wants is that many from that many places in one place during a pandemic.
