The Vienna Chamber Orchestra was playing Mendelssohn’s Symphony No.4 at an outdoor venue in Ephesus, Turkey, when someone decided to crash their performance. That someone was a sweet yellow lab, who decided to lie down next to the first violin, who was front and center. Once the arfdorable pup was comfortable, he did what most of us do when we hear classical music…yawn!
You have to respect the musicians for carrying on with the show when they were no longer the stars of the night. That honor went to the unnamed dog, whom we should name Barkhoven, because he became the conductor that everyone was paying attention to from that moment on.
