Even though The View denied in the past that Elisabeth Hasselbeck would be leaving the daytime talk show, turns out they might not have been telling us the whole truth. The conservative member of the hosts and the most hated one has taken a job at Fox News. According to
TVNewser she will be hosting Fox & Friends. She will be replacing Gretchen Carlson whose replacing Megan Kelly, no word who will be replacing Hasselbeck though. So far the names being thrown around to join the show are Jenny McCarthy and Brooke Shields, and if they are the ones that get the job expect viewers to tune out from The View.
Personally I think they made a mistake because even though she was hated, she made the show more interesting. Now they are going to be like all the other talk shows with multiple hosts. But I could be wrong because I don’t watch, so maybe they will do better without her.
