Dianna Karmal said the 38-year-old portrays herself as a loving, caring woman but in reality is a control freak driven by the trappings of fame and wealth.And she claimed that before vegetarian Heather met Sir Paul McCartney she used to eat meat and wear fur. Dianna said: "She is like a chameleon. She draws in men making them believe she is their perfect dream woman. They she gets more demanding, bored and moves on."She only became vegetarian after meeting Paul. She loved meat. And her anti-fur stance is laughable. She used to wear her mum’s fur coat. She creates a persona for herself to fit the situation." She added: "Heather almost morphed into Linda McCartney to hook Paul in. She turned vegetarian, wore less make-up, increased her charity work and idolized him. But now she has what she always set out to get. Money, fame and VIP status.
