[ # ] ABC picks up their obvious shows
May 10th, 2012 under ABC

ABC picked up several of their shows today and those shows are: Castle, Greys Anatomy, Once Upon A Time, Revenge, The Middle, Modern Family, Suburgatory, Shark Tank, Dancing with the Stars and The Bachelor. Since I watch all of the scripted shows that are coming back, I can’t complain about their renewals. What I can be upset with is that Don’t Trust the B—- in Apt 23 and GCB are added to that list.
What is the big question now is how many shows will Shonda Rhimes have on ABC’s air since the only one that is a def is Grey’s. Is there room for both Scandal and Private Practice or is there only room for one? Plus if they make room for at least one of them, will they have any space for her period pilot? Personally I am hoping for just Grey’s because her shows depress me because she gives them the most messed up scenarios and it ruins my day. Why does she have to be so depressing?

UPDATE: Celebriy Wife Swap, American’s Funny Videos, Happy Endings and Scandal are coming back. I think that means that Private Practice is out. GCB is also out and I think that is a huge mistake on ABC’s part because this show really picked up his game in the last few shows. TV Guide says that Missing, The River and PanAm. I think the last show would’ve had a better chance had the lost the espionage story.

UPDATE 2: TV Line says that ABC picked up Body of Proof, Private Practice, Don’t Trust the B—- in Apt 23 and Last Man Standing. Since I watch all of those shows, I am happy with their decision.
