SERIAL flasher LINDSAY LOHAN stunned onlookers at an LA restaurant yesterday, by wearing a "ninety days" sober badge – and a pair of knickers. My photos show the actress restaurant arriving at The Ivy in Beverly Hills sporting what appears to be a red Alcoholics Anonymous sobriety chip with "ninety days" written on it. This year the 20-year-old actress has become as famous for her knickerless partying than she is for her acting. But with her drinking under control and her underwear in place, it looks like Lindsay could be starting to take life seriously again.
