It was bad enough today when I read that Will Smith wants his daughter Willow to star in Annie, but
Deadline made it worst by reporting that Clinton Eastwood wants to direct Beyonce in A Star is Born. The married Single Lady can sing, but she can’t act. Not only that her speaking voice just grates on me and I can’t imagine her carrying on such a big role that has already been done by two legends.
I have said this before, I will say it again…I so wish Hollywood would stop with the remakes. And more importantly, I wish people will stop going to see them. If they did that then maybe Hollywood try the concept of coming up with original movies.
