Former NFL great Emmitt Smith, who at the start of this season’s Dancing with the Stars faced daunting 14-to-1 odds, now is the favorite to win — per PinnacleSports.com, the Internet’s largest sports betting site — as the reality competition enters its final week. How did Smith pull ahead of fellow finalist Mario Lopez, who on Day 1 was a 3-to-1 favorite to win? Says a PinnacleSports.com exec, "While [Smith] may not have the better moves, he certainly has the charisma to win over America’s vote and add the dancing crown to his three Super Bowl rings." Oh, if only the DWTS champ actually got a simple crown, and not that garish disco ball on a stick.
