Seriously? OMG! WTF?

Jessica Szohr is in Monte Carlo promoting Gossip Girl and it looks like she hasn’t gotten any sleep in a while. Seriously what is up with those huge dark circles under her eyes? Because of the glare in her glasses, I can’t tell if it is due to lack of sleep or because she didn’t wash her mascara off from the night before. Either way she needs to invest in some major cover up because that is not a good look.
