Craig Melvin thought it would be cute to ask them, ”If either of you were engaged to a real life matchmaker, what would be one non-negotiable for you?“
Evans said she “must love dogs”, which would get him a lot of dates if he was not married.
But the reportedly newly single actress had a better answer, “Like not an asshole.” Anyone going to argue with that?
Well, the assholes who are going to complain because she said the word asshole on live television. While asshole might not be one of the seven words that you cannot say on television, it was still enough for NBC to bleep it for social media and the West Coast feed.
That is a shame because it is an important lesson for parents to teach their kids about dating. They should learn at a young age not to be an asshole and not to stay with one! Although it took her seven years to uncouple from Chris Martin.
