Kevin Hart shared a video of himself in a wheelchair and explained how he got there.
The 44-year-old thought that he was invincible and could do anything. Anything like racing New England Patriots’ former running back Stevan Ridley in a 40-yard dash and winning. Not only did he lose, he also tore his lower abdomen and his hip abductors. And because of that, he cannot walk. Therefore, he will be using a wheelchair for the foreseeable future.
Hart learned an important lesson, and he wants to share that with all of you. You can’t do in your 40s what you did in your 20s. If you try to do those things, you will be forced to sit your ass down.
