At first, AMPAS announced that anyone who attended the Oscars would not have to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Well, today, the Academy said that all audience members and Oscar nominees who are not performers or presenters will have to be vaccinated and take two PCR tests. However, presenters and performers will just have to take two PCR tests.
In honor of that decision, I scheduled my fourth booster shot for March 27th. This way, I can sleep through them like I did last. And I liked the nominees and the host more last year than this one.
I actually paid more attention to Razzie noms Dear Evan Hansen and Karen than I did Being the Ricardos, Spencer, and House of Gucci. I stopped watching the latter two because they were that insufferable.
So basically, what I am saying to AMPAS is f*ck you. And I say that to all the selfish bastards who refuse the vaccine and expect life to go back to normal. It is not going to as long as you only care about yourselves. I hope you lose not only the Oscar but your livelihoods. Because if you don’t care about protecting other people’s lives, then I don’t care about your life!
Oh, and according to Deadline one of the COVidiots that refuses the shot is some tiny dick asshole named Van Morrison who has a song that was in Belfast. Would it hurt the Oscars if not every song is performed? I think not. It is too long and tedious as it is.
OK, I feel better, I am going to rewatch Monsturd on Tubi again to feel better. How that movie didn’t sweep the Oscars in 2004 is beyond me.
