Yesterday was a big day for Jeopardy fans. LeVar Burton finally got his chance to host the game show. While that is exciting enough, the episode was also monumental for another reason.
Patrick Pearce has an honor that no one else on the show has ever had. It is not that he won Final Jeopardy. He didn’t even make it to the final round. That is because he scored -$7,400 after the first two rounds.
That means he has the title of getting the Worst Score in Jeopardy history. Stephanie Hull had held that title since March 2015. Back then, she ended her game with $6,400, according to Entertainment Weekly.
I need to try out for the show. This way, I can become a contestant and take over that title. I will do worst than the two of them combined! I am that dumb. I mean, I am that bad of a player.
