NBC is so happy with the ways things are going with The Tonight Show that they asked Jimmy Fallon to stick around for five more years.
I don’t think it is a bad decision. He is safe, and he gets the guests. Even though his ratings are down, I expect them to go up again. Late night is still adjusting to a world post the Trump era. That was comedy gold for them. Not for me, but them.
I don’t know how anyone can watch the unfunny Stephen Colbert. I have tried, and my wanders shortly after I hit play. I also think that Jimmy Kimmel will not renew his contract with ABC when it is up. Now that Conan O’Brien’s show on TBS is ending, Kimmel is the longest-running late night host on broadcast TV.
Do you think NBC made the right choice?

Jimmy Fallon sucks. They should have given Seth Myers his job and then let Amber Ruffin take over for Seth.
