On January 30th, Wilmer Valderrama turned the big 4-0. Then two weeks later, on February 15th, he became a father for the first time. He and his fiancée Amanda Pacheco welcomed a little girl.

You know the baby girl already has her dad wrapped around her finger, and there is nothing he can or will do about it.
