It has been 8 years since Wife Swap (the non-celebrity edition) aired on ABC, and CMT thought now is a good time to bring it back. Which I cannot argue with because it an interesting social experiment that swaps moms from different lifestyles and sends them to a whole new family for a week.
In a time when America is more divided than it has been in several generations, maybe a show like this can help bring us together.
Before Eugene Levy was up Schitt’s Creek, he was down for Diet Tab. Even when he was 30 years old in that 1977 commercial, he had those distinctive eyebrows that always let you know it is him.
Ever since Kevin Reilly took over TNT and TBS, he has been cancelling all the shows that aren’t his. Even though those shows have had a strong fan bases and his new shows do not. In fact, he has been trying to turn TNT into the cheesy man’s FX and it is not working. Although, it is failing, that doesn’t stop him from cancelling good shows.
For example, today executive producer Dean Devlin, broke the sad news about his show today. He Tweeted, “Just got the official call. TNT has cancelled #TheLibrarians – I will immediately begin the process of trying to move the show elsewhere. Please keep your fingers crossed for us!”
I think this is a huge mistake because it was an enjoyable adventure show that the whole family could enjoy together. Hopefully his loss will be another network’s gain. They can go to a network that will appreciate it. Something it seems he never did.

Vince (Anders Holm) lives with his brother, Matthew (Andy Favreau), and the eternal bachelors own a gym together in Brooklyn. Their lives have been pretty routine up until now. Vince has decided to sell their gym without telling Matthew and he wants to move to Florida. But then something will happen that will change his life.
His ex-girlfriend, Priya (Mindy Kaling) stops by to tell him the son he never met wants to move to NYC and go to a performing arts school. She is not going to move from Cleveland, so he is going to have to raise Michael (JJ Totah).
He is nothing like his dad and uncle, so how are the three of them going to live together. Plus they don’t know anything about raising a kid, let alone a teen. On top of all of that their gym in trouble.
How are they going to handle it all, you just have to tune in to find out.
On Sunday night, Ed Asner was watching the Oscars with a lot of other celebrities at The Hollywood Museum. When he went to the bathroom, Jack Maxwell, another actor, remembered working Lou Grant while they were using the loo, and took a photo with his old costar right then and there. I guess, he could not wait a few more seconds until they were outside, but then again the lighting is really good in there and it is the legendary Ed Asner. So you can’t blame him. Although, the guy in the background is all of us when we saw this picture. He just saw it lot closer then we did.
So when you hear all of these celebrities say that fans ask them for photos in the bathroom, now you know what it looks like. Poor celebs!
